What is the difference between Seacliff Heights & Seacliff II?

Seacliff Heights & Seacliff II are both rental apartment buildings that are a part of the Seacliff Complex on the shores of Lake Erie. Both buildings offer an all-inclusive, worry-free lifestyle, while Seacliff II features additional luxurious amenities, and upgraded suites.

When can I move in?

Seacliff Heights opened its doors to tenants on June 1st, 2016, and Seacliff II will be ready for occupancy as of Fall 2018.

How much is rent?

Rents vary depending on the unit you choose, and which building you want to make your new home. Please call 1-844-747-0542 for more information.

What appliances are included?

There are six appliances in every unit – Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & Dryer.

Some premium units in Seacliff II also feature fireplaces.

What utilities are included in the monthly rent?

  1. All heating, hydro, and water usage is included in the monthly rent.
  2. Also included in the monthly rent is any property taxes, and use of all of the amenities at both buildings.
  3. Not included in the monthly rent: personal internet, phone, cable or satellite, parking, storage lockers*, and guest suite use.

*Storage lockers included with every suite in Seacliff Heights II.

What is the cost to rent the Guest Suite?

The Guest Suite sleeps 2 adults, and costs $100/night plus hst.

How much does extra storage cost? Is it available on every floor?

  1. Storage units are approximately 10 sq. ft. and cost $20/month.
  2. Storage units are available on each floor.

Seacliff Heights II – Storage units are available on each floor and included in the monthly rent.

What is your policy on pets?

Tenants are allowed one pet, up to 40lbs.

How big are the units?

They range from 766 sq. ft. up to 1,474 sq. ft.

Can you see the lake from any of the units?

Yes, there are lakeviews in units with Southern exposure on floors 5 & 6.
